From there we tour your competition together, prepare the home properly, and handle the pest inspection before we list rather than discovering it in escrow.
Where we work
Our market centers on Yuba City and runs out about forty miles. I've also closed across the Sacramento area — I grew up around Carmichael and lived there for twenty-odd years, so that side of the drive isn't unfamiliar either.
