I moved here for the same reason my clients do.
I lived in Sacramento. I know what it's like to look at a map, run the numbers, and wonder whether the life on the other side of the drive is actually better. For a lot of people here, it is.
How I got here
A Yuba City agent who knows both sides of the drive.
I've been licensed since December 2021, and I've closed across two very different worlds — the Yuba Sutter region and the Sacramento metro. Yuba City is the center of it. I grew up around Carmichael and lived there for twenty-odd years, so the Sacramento side isn't unfamiliar either.
Most of my business has come from people who already knew me. That's a slower way to build something, and it means the work has to be good enough that people say so out loud.
What I've learned in that time is that the hardest part of buying or selling usually isn't the paperwork. It's not knowing what your choices are. So that's the part I fix.
